I count myself lucky, that am am able to wander through the fields, awakening my creative spirit for the day ahead. The golden morning sunlight glistening on the dewy petals reveals a glimpse of the breathtaking beauty yet to unfold. As a family, we cherish an evening ritual, strolling through the gardens during the magical golden hour, marveling at the wondrous transformations that have taken place over the day, week, or season.
Shepherd’s Gate Flower Farm, still in its early years, has blossomed from the vision and fervent passion my husband and I that has nurtured for over two decades. We always held a dream to establish a business where he could channel his talents for planning and cultivating gardens. My love for designing with flowers ignited a desire to use fresh blooms to create one-of-a-kind events.
When the decision came to relocate to New England and acquire a small plot of land for our growing family, it felt destined. From the very first steps on our farm, excitement surged through us, for we knew this would be the sacred ground where our dream would flourish into reality and where we would embark on our enchanting journey as cut flower farmers.
